Interested in starting a fundraiser?

Follow these steps:

1. Complete a 2021-22 MMHS Fundraising Request Form.

  • Make a copy of the document and save to your Google Drive
  • Share the document to obtain all required information and signatures
  • Change the Share setting in the Get link section to "Anyone with the link" and "Viewer."
  • Copy the completed documents web link (URL).

2. Complete the 2021-22 MMHS Fundraising Request Submission Form to submit your club for ASB                    approval.

3. Please submit this document at least TWO (2) WEEKS before your fundraiser begins.

4. The club officers and the club advisor will be notified when the fundraiser is approved.
